Ninety-nine Balloons' rEcess is a monthly respite night provided for special-needs children twelve and under. Volunteers provide one-to-one attention. Siblings are invited to participate in the sibling "track" which provides them with their own exciting activities. The night is provided in order to give parents a night off so they can do whatever they want or need. Our volunteers strive to get to know the families and look forward to these nights.
