How do I claim my Pure Charity account so I can access my 99 Balloons Giving Account?
Once you donate to 99 Balloons, an account is created for you on Pure Charity where you can manage your donations, pull end of year statements, view projects you have supported, and more. To access your account, you will need to first “Claim Your Account” on Pure Charity.
When you originally donated to 99 Balloons, a message was sent to your email asking you to “Claim Your Account” with a prompt to create a new password. From this point on, you can use your email address and password to log in and out of Pure Charity to access your 99 Balloons Giving Account.
If you cannot find the email asking you to “Claim Your Account,” simply click the Login button on this page, and from there click to reset your password. Once your password is reset, you will have access to your account.
